I'm Liz McKenna - a certified personal trainer and strength coach based in Jacksonville, FL with over 10 years helping people build real, lasting fitness.
I work alongside each client to create personalized, performance-based training programs that align with their goals, while providing the education, coaching, and accountability needed to train with confidence.

All services include nutritional coaching guidance. Every new client receives a free 30-minute consultation call + a free 45-minute movement assessment before starting.
In-person or virtual 60-minute sessions with fully personalized programming. Deep coaching on form, execution, and progress, with the accountability to stay consistent for the long haul.
A fully customized strength program built for your goals, schedule, and equipment, delivered online with ongoing adjustments and support. Hybrid option includes 1 coaching session per month.

The Everyday Athlete is someone who is ready to commit and willing to put in the work consistently, regardless of current fitness level. I work with all ages and genders. If you're ready to invest in a 6–12 month plan and want to make fitness a lasting part of your lifestyle, you're exactly who I work with.
Not at all. My online programs and personalized programming serve clients worldwide. In-person 1:1 sessions are available in Jacksonville, FL only.
Level 1 is designed for home training with minimal equipment, primarily dumbbells and kettlebells. No barbell needed. Level 2 requires access to a fully equipped gym with a barbell and rack.
Yes, nutritional coaching guidance is available with all services when clients request it. I also host special nutrition guest speakers and presentations for deeper education, and provide a discount code to a meal prep partner.
